To better understand the issues of the border wall let’s turn to the best example, nature.
The human cell
The cells of our body have a membrane that separates the inside from the outside of a cell. Without a membrane, the cell which is the building block of life would not exist. One of the great wonders of biology is that the membrane is selective in what comes in and goes out. A properly functioning border wall is vital. Seeing the big picture by thinking globally
As we approach the eight billion mark of the human population on this planet the limitations of sustainability become more and more evident.
In other words, overpopulation growth cannot continue on a finite planet. Basically, something’s got to give.
While the world population increases, the amount of materials or resources on the planet such as air, water, and land are constant. This population-resource ratio in nations that have soaring population growth is the root cause of their poverty. Supply and demand; more people demanding things from a consistent supply equals fewer goods per person.
Technology
The only other variant is human innovation. While technology has solved countless issues, the paradox is that when people have hardships, scraping to barely feed their families, priority can not be given for education and advancement. An additional hindrance in these nations is that when sustenance is scarce, those few who find their way to positions of power tend to have corrupt intentions. Therefore any wealth tends not to be distributed ethically or for the economic growth of the nation.
The nations that have stable population growth all have high standards of living. Western nations are perfect examples.
Do we really need to build this wall?
Of course in an ideal world free and open borders would be preferable.
The building of a wall concept only makes sense as long as people ignore the fundamental problem. The issue of overpopulation has been neglected, and it will only get worse if it is not addressed.
If the world population growth continues unchecked, eventually any border to a more spacious area with ample resources would be a target. If proper security was not in place the people would eventually work their way in and overwhelm that nation.
The only problem in that scenario is that the new spacious land would eventually also become impoverished since that too is finite.
The global solution

While the essay/theory is somewhat deep, if it is read slowly, it will be understandable
The essay
SOMEHOW WE ARE HERE.
WE ARE PEOPLE LIVING ON A PLANET.
TODAY WE HAVE WORLDWIDE COMMUNICATION ABILITIES.
NOTHING WRITTEN OR THEORIZED CAN BE ANY STRANGER THAN US
BEING HERE.
RECENTLY AN ESSAY OF THOUGHTS FROM A NINE YEAR OLD GIRL CAME TO MY ATTENTION. HER CONCEPTS MOTIVATED ME SHARE HER MESSAGE.
HER HYPOTHESIS CLAIMS THAT OUR REALITY COULD ONLY COME ABOUT IF TIME IS STANDARDIZED AT A SET PACE. THIS IS TRUE. TIME FLOWS ONLY ONE WAY (FORWARD) AND AT A SET REGULARITY.
HER THEORY FURTHER STATES THAT THE TANGIBLE
STUFF OF REALITY HAS A PROGRAMMED ABILITY TO BE SELF-CREATIVE.
SHE FURTHER EXPLAINS THAT WATER IS THE LINK FROM THE INANIMATE TO THE LIVING. LIVING MATTER IS THE PRODUCT OF WATER AND ITS ABILITY TO SELF-CREATE.
THE SEED IS THE RECIPE BOOK THAT TELLS THE WATER TO PRODUCE THE TREE.
AS THE LIVING WORKMANSHIP OF WATER, OUR BODIES ARE JUST AS MUCH A PART OF THE UNIVERSAL ONENESS AS OUR SURROUNDINGS, THEREFORE WE ARE CONSTANTLY IN COMMUNICATION WITH THE INFINITE.
IN UNDERSTANDING ENVIRONMENTAL BIOLOGY THIS YOUNG HOPEFUL MADE AN AMAZING ANALOGY.
SHE STATED THAT THE REASON LIVING THINGS REPRODUCE IS THAT THE PROGRAMMED SELF CREATIVITY GIVES BIOLOGY A NEED TO KEEP GROWING, BUT SENSING THE LIMITATIONS OF THE ENVIRONMENT, LIFE COULD NOT KEEP GROWING IN SIZE; THE ANSWER; TO MAKE A BABY.
THIS EXPLAINS WHY PUBERTY TAKES PLACE ABOUT THE SAME TIME WE STOP GROWING.
SHE POINTS OUT THE TOTAL GLOBAL POPULATION OF LIVING THINGS HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROLIFERATING. WHEN THE ENTIRE BIOMASS OF THE EARTH STABILIZES (ZERO POPULATION GROWTH OR DECLINE) WE WILL HAVE SET AGAIN, A TIME CLOCK IN OUR OWN BIOLOGY.
THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD CAN THEN PLACE THEIR GOALS AT CREATING ANOTHER REALITY.
I BECAME INTERESTED IN HER ESSAY WHEN I REALIZED THE PEACEMAKING EFFECTS OF SUCH A GLOBAL GOAL.

This is consistent with biblical rulings
The first biblical directive given to man
Man’s purpose, as defined in the bible is actually very clear. The word “Torah (Bible)” is translated as “instruction” which can also be referred to as commandments.
The first commandment given to humans in the bible is: “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea and over the fowl of the sky and over all the beasts that tread upon the earth. ” Genesis 1:28
You would think, Genesis 1:28, being the first directive to mankind would have much weight with respect to our main purpose. Indeed it does.
There is a plethora of commentary on mankind being fruitful and multiplying, but I have never seen a commentary regarding exactly what God means by “fill the earth and subdue it.”
Something to ponder Something to ponder
By saying the word “fill” God is saying that there will be a point when the world becomes full and at that point, we must maintain (subdue) it…
